Betjee Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to Betjee — an online gaming platform operating at betjee.vin and designed primarily for players based in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "these terms" or "the terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you as a registered user and Betjee as the platform operator.

All financial activity on the platform is conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Betjee is strictly an adults-only platform. To register and use any part of the Betjee platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions whatsoever.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy or representative of any other person.

3 Your Betjee Account

Each individual may hold only one Betjee account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity details, the same payment method or different personal information — is a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — your username and password — confidential. Betjee staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, notify Betjee support immediately through the platform messaging system.

• Account details must be kept up to date at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login — whether or not you personally authorised it.
• Account sharing with any other person is not permitted and may result in suspension.
• Betjee reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in violation of these terms.

On account closure — whether voluntary or at Betjee's discretion — any verified PKR balance remaining after outstanding bonus wagering requirements and any applicable deductions will be returned to the original deposit source. Betjee is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was triggered by a violation of these terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on Betjee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process any currency conversion. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance, and winnings are credited and paid out in PKR.

Betjee supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific channels may vary at any given time and Betjee does not guarantee that all channels will always be operational.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment channel. These are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing by Betjee support.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by channel. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• Betjee does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account reviewed.

Betjee reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During a verification review, withdrawal processing may be paused until the review is complete. 5 Bonuses, Promotions and the VIP Programme

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept in separate portions of your balance. Real money is always used first unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

All slot games and fish games available on the Betjee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game result is statistically independent of all previous results. No strategy, pattern of play or external tool can influence, predict or alter the outcome of any RNG-based game. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game information page before you open the game.

Fish games operate on a shooter mechanic where players spend PKR-denominated ammunition credits to target fish and sea creatures of varying point values. All sports bets are placed and settled in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and updated in real time as events progress. Live in-play betting is available for selected matches and markets, subject to availability based on event scheduling and market suspension rules.

• Bets are accepted only while a market is open. Once a market is suspended or closed — including during live in-play events — further bets cannot be placed on that market.
• Settlement of all bets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport and competition in question. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant domestic competition authority.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published on the betting section of the platform. 8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Betjee platform — including but not limited to the Betjee name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, graphics and software — is the property of Betjee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any Betjee platform content without explicit written permission.
• Game titles available on the Betjee platform are licensed from their respective game developers and remain the intellectual property of those developers. Betjee does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
• The Betjee brand, domain name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without express written consent from Betjee.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of Betjee intellectual property — including fake websites, impersonation accounts on social media or unauthorised use of the Betjee brand name — please report it to Betjee support through the platform messaging system immediately.

11 Limitation of Liability

Betjee provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, Betjee does not guarantee that the platform will be free of technical interruptions, errors, downtime or data loss at all times.

• Betjee is not liable for any financial loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions in game or betting availability.
• Betjee is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect loss or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Betjee is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
